Open Manga - Manga Online baru

Menanggapi comment beberapa waktu lalu tentang www.openmanga.org, aku yang penasaran akhirnya membuka situs tersebut. Begitu pencet 'enter', keluar halaman seperti ini :

Oya, ini penampakan depan site Open Manga versi Jepang:

Aku klik blog nya, wow banyak sekali paragraf nya dan resmi sekali bahasanya. Agak malas juga mau baca, tapi karena ingin tahu akhirnya ku baca juga.....

Pertama kali yang aku temukan ketika membuka blognya, Open Manga ternyata bakal menyediakan dua versi situs baik blog maupun site read online nya. Yaitu versi inggris dan jepang. Apakah mungkin mereka juga bakal nyediain versi RAW dan versi translate nya ya??? Wah penasaran nih ^o^

Dari blog nya ada beberapa yg menjadi perhatianku :

First of all, OpenManga is being officially incorporated in Japan (as suggested by the company seal shown above). Just this process alone takes quite a bit of time due to paper work and legal procedures. We are currently sharing office space with our Japanese partners, BPS Inc, in Kanagawa Tokyo, which is where the OpenManga team was working from when we visited Tokyo last month. The reason for picking Japan is quite simple; it is where the majority of artists and publishers are.

.......OpenManga is one of those projects whose development scope can be very deceiving at the first glance because we are not just simply building a multi-lingual online reader.

When we think about the terms “digital publishing” and “online manga”, we don’t just think about having an online reader + comments function like the terms might suggest to some people. ..............................

...................We have also stated that we are building a platform that supports both artists and publishers. This means that we need to have functionality for publishers to be able to release digital versions of whole magazines in addition to letting artists be able to release single chapters..................

Yah...itulah kira-kira inti yang bisa aku catat dari paragraf dan postingan sebanyak itu....huff.... =.='

Onemanga - Ditutup

Aku agak sedih mendapat kabar bahwa Onemanga akan ditutup dan semua manga nya (baik yang sudah di publish maupun belum) akan di hapus sedikit demi sedikit. Minggu ini adalah minggu terakhir mereka aktif.

Begitu aku mencoba membuka site nya, muncul pop-up announcement mereka :

"There is an end to everything, to good things as well."

It pains me to announce that this is the last week of manga reading on One Manga (!!). Manga publishers have recently changed their stance on manga scanlations and made it clear that they no longer approve of it. We have decided to abide by their wishes, and remove all manga content (regardless of licensing status) from the site. The removal of content will happen gradually (so you can at least finish some of the outstanding reading you have), but we expect all content to be gone by early next week (RIP OM July 2010).
So what next? We're not really sure at this point, but we have some ideas we would like to try out. Until then, the One Manga forums will remain active and we encourage all of you to continue using them. OMF has developed into a great community and it would be a shame to see that disappear.
You can also show us some love in this moment of sadness by 'liking' our brand new Facebook page. It would be nice to see just how many of you came to enjoy our 'better than peanut butter and jelly' invention.

Regardless of whether you stay with us or not, on behalf of the One Manga team, I would like to thank you all for your unwavering support over the years. Through the ups and downs you have stuck with us, and that is what kept us going.

Dari announcement tersebut, bisa disimpulkan bahwa read manga online mereka ditutup namun forum mereka tetap aktif. Bagi pecinta Onemanga, sepertinya perlu mencari read manga online site baru nih...
Rata-rata pecinta Onemanga menyukai read online site yang simple dan nggak ribet. Diantaranya ada yang kurang menyukai Mangafox karena dirasa ribet mungkin ya...(tapi aku tetap suka-suka aja asal nggak bikin loading lambat :D).

Mungkin aku akan menambahkan daftar link site-site read online di kolom fav link ku. Bisa dicoba satu persatu dan pilih yang cocok sesuai selera ^o^

Kuroshitsuji Session II new eps 2-3

Kuroshitsuji session 2 episodes 2-3 udah rilis. Tapi di Animeseed belum ada dan akhirnya aku menemukannya di anime44.
